Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF *) is a wood panel derived from the heated compression of wood fibers with the use of resin.
Characteristics:
Durable edges, excellent mechanical properties and elasticity, excellent surface quality, moisture resistant
Area of Application: furniture, doors, frame applications
Advantages: MDF is an ideal wood substitute, that can be machined in any way, can give any desired outline, curve or carving and due to its good and smooth surface it can be finished and coated with various coatings (veneers, varnishes) adding extra durability as well as resistance to UV radiation.
